the ideal should be doing both , but concentrate more in cardio like at least 15
minutes a day!! and lift weight 3 times a week giving you a day of rest (but you still
need to do your cardio)
I would combine Back and Biceps on the same day. You usually hit your Bi’s as a secondary muscle group when you work your back. Triceps and shoulders would not be a bad combination either so I would swap those two body parts.
As far as cardio, don’t do it before your weight training. Unless you limit it to around 5 mins. In other words use it as a wake up call to your body before weights.
Your meals shouldn’t be just 300 calories, they should be 300 calories of lean protein and veggies.
The best thing you could do is do a small amount of cardio 2-3 times a week before your workout. Say 20 mins on the crosstrainer/treadmill etc… Do this much cardio will not “kill your bulk”. It will only speed up your motabalism and burn calories. Also Try eating more small meals a day if this is an option for you 6-7 300 – 350 cal meals will increase motabilism and muscle growth. ok can anyone help me, i train at the gym 4 times a week, but do abs at home. I have bulked consiserably over the last year. I do not do any cardio in my work
out because i am a ectormorph and alot of people said that cardio kills bulk etc etc. However i have alot of stomach fat now after a year of bodybuilding!!!
How could i loose that?
1. eating les calories? but keeping the same amount of protein
2. interval training vs cardio?

thats what im doing bro, i eat 6 meals a day, but now il doing cardio, will give ya buzz in a month or so
